It's a very common fact that life isn't always easy. In fact, to some people, it has always been a rough ride for them. No one can be certain of what will happen because many times, unexpected things happen. Thus, it's very important for us, especially youngsters, to get ourselves ready for anything. We might not get used to it instantly, but at least we try in order to move on with life.
Sometimes, we may feel that we're living life day by day. We just want to get something over with by hook or by crook. All I have to say about that is, just do what you have to do until you're completely beat. However, it's not okay to keep feeling that way for a very long time. Something has got to change. It's either your surrounding or you. In this case, we have to be flexible. If you're not very flexible, the learn to be flexible starting from this moment. We musn't be resistant to changes because, let's face it, things in one's life will not remain the same forever. It's okay to be a little different than you used to be as long as you're not doing something harmful.
The reason I stated the things I stated above is because I've experienced changes in my own life, where I'm no longer in my comfort zone. I'm still getting used to it and honestly, it's not so easy but I keep telling myself that it's all part of my life that I have to face. Problems will always be lurking around the corner, waiting for the perfect time to strike. If you're in a situation where you're reluctant to do what you're doing but you know it's the right thing to do, remember that you're not alone. You're never alone.
All the best and be strong!

Roller Coaster of Hope
Have you ever had your hope rose up so high and in a split second, it crashed all the way down? Have you ever wanted something so much but it turned out not to be in the way you wanted it to? Have you ever been on a roller coaster ride? Obviously, many people have.
What I’m about to say can very much be related to the metaphor on the title of this post. One minute, you’re so hopeful of something, the next minute, your hope’s taken away from you when the total opposite thing happens. I think it’s fair to say that everyone will experience this at one moment in their lives. Only those who are super duper lucky will not have to go through this. If you’re one of the lucky ones, be very grateful!
Now, what do you need to do if you’re brought down by what happened around you? What can anyone say to make you feel better? It’s really a random thing to happen and people’s reactions may vary depending on how down they feel and what feedbacks they receive from others. However you handle it, it’s always best if you first accept it. Accepting something doesn’t necessarily mean that you like it. It’s just that there’s nothing you can do to undo what has happened. Scream if the feeling’s too overwhelming, cry if your heart’s aching too much, lock yourself in your room if you don’t want to be bothered for a while, smile even if you don’t want to, laugh even if you don’t mean it. It doesn’t matter! Just don’t hurt yourself and anyone around you! When you’ve done what you feel like doing, as long as it’s harmless, you’ll feel better bit by bit. Life goes on no matter what! Time will heal; at least, I’d like to think so! Most importantly, God has great plans for you. Remember that! So, be strong and you’ll be lifted up again!

"Good job!" or "It's not over!"
I'd like to take this opportunity to (either):

(i) congratulate those who nailed it in SPM
or
(ii) assure those who aren't satisfied with their SPM result that it's still okay
(i)

Well done!!! You've gained what you deserve! I'm super happy for you! Be proud but not too much because it's far from over. Keep on working hard and don't ever let anything lead you astray. Have fun realising your wildest dreams, okay?
(ii)

I know it sucks but it's not the end yet. Sure, you're down-hearted but what happened, happened. Take your time to feel better and MOVE ON! Failure isn't determined by the fact that you fall. You're only considered failed if you don't even try to get back up no matter how much it hurts. Actually, it's not so bad. You'll find your way if you look hard enough. It's too early to say that your dreams are shattered because they're not. Listen to "Keep Holding On" by Avril Lavigne or "Try Again" by Westlife or "I'll Try" by Jesse McCartney or "Good Day" by The Click Five.
