Too Bad I Can't "Click to Pick"

Here's something interesting from The Click Five's My Space Music. They're having this contest where fans have to pick one among thirty-five faces on who they think the new lead singer is. The contest is called "Click to Pick". Of course, I jumped to it and wanted to enter the contest because the prize is a trip for two to the set of their upcoming new video and a chance to be in the video. How cool is that! Unfortunately for me, it's only for the U.S.A. residents. I knew it was too good to be true! However, I checked it out and would like to share with you guys what I saw.
Here are the faces (Note: Most of them are made-up characters. That's why they may look really goofy.) :

I think it's easy to narrow the candidates into just a few of them. Here are my top four:
Between those four, Kyle's my favourite because he looks most like a Click-Five material. In the picture, he poses more like a singer than the others. Besides, he looks young, cute and band-like. It's not that looks matter so much. I'm just saying, you know? I hope he's the one.
Anyways, don't let these other four below fool you. They're actually the other four members of the band. It's really obvious, isn't it?

Got it? It's kind of funny that they tried to be someone else. I know they did that on purpose. Their sophomore album will be out in June (in America, that is). Better check that out!

Roller Coaster of Hope

Have you ever had your hope rose up so high and in a split second, it crashed all the way down? Have you ever wanted something so much but it turned out not to be in the way you wanted it to? Have you ever been on a roller coaster ride? Obviously, many people have.

What I’m about to say can very much be related to the metaphor on the title of this post. One minute, you’re so hopeful of something, the next minute, your hope’s taken away from you when the total opposite thing happens. I think it’s fair to say that everyone will experience this at one moment in their lives. Only those who are super duper lucky will not have to go through this. If you’re one of the lucky ones, be very grateful!

Now, what do you need to do if you’re brought down by what happened around you? What can anyone say to make you feel better? It’s really a random thing to happen and people’s reactions may vary depending on how down they feel and what feedbacks they receive from others. However you handle it, it’s always best if you first accept it. Accepting something doesn’t necessarily mean that you like it. It’s just that there’s nothing you can do to undo what has happened. Scream if the feeling’s too overwhelming, cry if your heart’s aching too much, lock yourself in your room if you don’t want to be bothered for a while, smile even if you don’t want to, laugh even if you don’t mean it. It doesn’t matter! Just don’t hurt yourself and anyone around you! When you’ve done what you feel like doing, as long as it’s harmless, you’ll feel better bit by bit. Life goes on no matter what! Time will heal; at least, I’d like to think so! Most importantly, God has great plans for you. Remember that! So, be strong and you’ll be lifted up again!

The Click Five - Eric Dill = Me crying in the middle of the night

This is my very first blog ever. Finally, I have a blog of my own but my first post has to be a sad one. *sigh*

Just like every week, I checked my inbox to see if I'd received new e-mail. My jaw dropped when I read that Eric Dill's really leaving the band. It's a normal thing to happen in a band but as a fan, I couldn't help feeling deeply sad. TC5 won't be the same without Eric but I'll support the new lead vocalist no less. On the same day, I listened to my MP4 player and once again, sadness struck me as I listened to TC5 songs. It's just hard especially when Eric's the one singing. Gosh, I'll miss him! Many people will. All the best to him and the rest of TC5 guys! We still love them, don't we?

Here's a peek at the five of them together as a band:

Don't they look great?

A look at Eric as still a TC5 band member:
WE'LL MISS YOU, ERIC!!! *sob*
